On Saturday, April 11, 2026, The Boca Raton Resort was transformed as Grey Team hosted its 5th Annual They Are Not Bulletproof Gala, a Casino Royale–inspired black-tie event blending Monte Carlo elegance, James Bond flair, and patriotic purpose to support suicide prevention for military veterans.

The evening featured live performances by Lou Gramm for veterans and patriotic supporters, along with special guest speakers, and was widely praised as unforgettable, with guests highlighting the seamless production, powerful mission, and standout Bond-style fashion throughout the night.

This is not a traditional black-tie gala.

The dress code is Upscale Tropical / Island Chic. Guests are encouraged to embrace sophisticated Caribbean and Hawaiian-inspired fashion, including elegant resort wear, linen suits, tropical prints, flowing dresses, vibrant colors, floral patterns, and elevated island attire.

Do I need to wear a tuxedo or evening gown?
