Cold As Ice Singing Contest

 1. Sponsor and Administrator
The contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Grey Team, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Florida (“Sponsor”). The Contest is administered in partnership with WPTV (the “Media Partner”).

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Media Partner, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 21st at 5:00 pm EST and ends on April 5th at 5:00 pm EST (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

4. How to Enter

To enter, record an original 15-second video of yourself singing “Cold As Ice” by Foreigner with as much drama as possible.

• Submit your video during the Contest Period by completing this form.
• Publish your video on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook by April 2nd at 11:59 p.m. EST, and tag @TheyAreNotBulletproof, @GreyTeamHq, and @LouGramm
• Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be received during the Contest Period. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or late entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost/delayed transmissions, or misdirected submissions.

Entries must comply with the following requirements:

• Video must be no longer than 15 seconds.
• Entrant must be the only person visible and audible in the video (no other individuals may appear or perform).
• Content must be original, appropriate for public broadcast (no obscene, offensive, violent, defamatory, or illegal material), and not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and Media Partner an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the entry (including name, likeness, and performance) in any media for promotional, advertising, and Contest-related purposes without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

5. Winner Selection and Judging
All eligible entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor based on originality and maximum drama (in Sponsor’s sole discretion). The entry with the highest score will be selected as the potential winner. Judging will occur shortly after the Contest Period ends. In the event of a tie, an additional judge or tiebreaker criteria (e.g., most dramatic flair) will be used. Odds of winning depend on the quality and number of eligible entries received.
The winning video will be aired on Fox 5/WPTV as part of the announcement.

6. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) VIP tickets to Grey Team’s They Are Not Bulletproof Gala on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at The Boca Raton Resort (approximate retail value: [Insert estimated ARV, e.g., $1,500–$3,000 based on typical VIP gala tickets; adjust if known]). Prize includes admission only; travel, accommodations, meals (beyond event catering), and other expenses are the winner’s responsibility. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified via the contact method provided with their entry email within 2 days of selection. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours and provide any required information (e.g., full name, address, phone, age verification). Potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where permitted), and any other documents within 5 days. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, fails to provide required documents, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting).

8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor, Media Partner, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and prize suppliers from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant for fraud, tampering, or violation of these rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if technical issues, fraud, or other factors impair its integrity. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Taxes on prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility.

9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and these rules.

10. Winners List
For a list of winners available after April 06, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Grey Team Contest Winners List, 1181 South Rogers Circle, Suite 28, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Requests must be received by April 10th, 2026.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
This Contest is governed by Florida law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Note on Florida Registration
If the total approximate retail value of prizes exceeds $5,000, Sponsor has filed the required rules, prize details, and trust account/bond (if applicable) with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services pursuant to Florida Statute § 849.094.
